In her consulting work Evonne Gallardo is highly effective in making meaningful, productive connections with a broad range of constituencies and stakeholders. She is approachable, open-minded and also clear and direct. -City of Phoenix, Office of Arts and Culture

Evonne not only possesses the rare ability to see and articulate the politics and nuances surrounding the vast and varying pockets of the Los Angeles art world, including museums, galleries, non-profits, and community centers but also the ability to code-switch and position herself within and outside of these institutions. She is a powerhouse of experience having worked at every type of arts organization imaginable and has come away with a thoughtful analysis of the way each works and relates to another. She is a true gem for this city to have and there is no one else who can offer such thorough insight and sensitivity towards her projects so seamlessly. She is amazing. -Shizu Saldamando, Artist
